ORDER TIMELINE
Here at Sweet De Luxe our products are made fresh to order, which can sometimes mean a longer turnaround time. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 7 days business days, if not sooner.
If you're needing your order in a rush, we have an option "Rush Order" available for purchase. This is an additional $10 and will ensure your order is dispatched within 3-4 business days.
Please remember this excludes shipping times.

Standard Shipping $15 - only cookies and
marshmallows are elidable for standard shipping.

We only offer express shipping when ordering our sourdough and slices. This ensures they arrive to you as quickly and as fresh as possible. We only post express orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - this is to avoid your orders being stuck in transit over the weekend. If there are any concerns in regard to shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

All shipping in warmer weather is 'ship at your own risk'. Please be mindful of the weather when ordering. We are not responsible for weather damage - this means we will not be offering refunds or returns for any products with weather damage.

Local Pickup
We have a local pickup option in Officer, VIC. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection, so please keep an eye on your emails. This email will contain pickup address and all the information required.
REFUND POLICY
Sweet De Luxe work hard to make all products fresh and to order for our customers. We will not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. For health reasons we cannot accept orders back once they have left the premises. However should there be any issues with your order, please contact us via email.
Please be mindful of the shelf life of our products when ordering.
